REFLECTION v1.02 Pattern Recognition for Scripps

 

I seem to have given pattern recognition an unfair review considering how pervasive this is in our daily lives. Our cognitive biases basically use 20 watts to find a pattern of things as fast as possible considering a scarcity of resources. It's so easy to fixate on patterns that we fall for them, building a story and our life around them - true or false

Let's try to make some sense out of this. The way I did this was to sketch out a matrix - psychological and physical on one axis, and then micro and macro on the other axis.

I studied a conversation between Dr. Kevin Berg and a stage four cancer overcomer named Guy Tenenbaum.

Dr. Eric Berg
For many years, Guy dealt with numerous health problems, including:
• Type II diabetes
• Hypertension
• High cholesterol
• Joint and bone pain
• Chronic inflammation
• Weight problems

The Oncologist told me; "yes we can do nothing. it's too late. Why did you wait so long?" When I went to the doctor since 2015 and they never told me I get something. The Oncologist told me; "it's too late. We're nothing to do for you. You will disappear soon - three months" And he told me I have six metastases in my bones.
